The rates are per week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Low season 17.05 to .28.06.25: 925 Euro
Peak season: 05.07 to 23.08.25: 1395 Euro
Low season: 23.08 to 27.09.25 925 euros
Cleaning:80 Euro required
Linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels and beach towel): 19 Euro p.p. per week to be purchased
Deposit: 200 Euro (To be paid 6 weeks before arrival. This will be settled on departure)
Arrival on Saturday after 4 pm, departure on Saturday before 10 am.
